Lovin’ the Lowcountry: Planning a Community-Driven Fundraiser

Lovin’ the Lowcountry is a week-long fundraising event created to celebrate love in all its forms while supporting the mission of Charleston Pride. Running February 14–21, the fundraiser will bring the Charleston community together through a curated silent auction, local partnerships and an elevated yet approachable event experience.

Envyzion Events’ Role as Event Planners

Lovin’ the Lowcountry required more than traditional event planning. As a multi-day fundraiser spanning both digital and in-person engagement, it called for thoughtful strategy, strong visual storytelling and seamless coordination.

Our role has included:

• Event concept development and fundraising structure

• Creative direction and visual branding

• Silent auction planning and donor coordination

• Timeline, logistics, and promotional strategy

• On-site event styling and execution support

Our goal has been to create a framework that allows Charleston Pride to focus on community impact while we handle the planning, design and operational details.
